- Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Return Approval Process

Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 10–14 working days after receiving your bank details.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
